  3. Acceptable Use: You may not access the Services in any way other than through the available, published interfaces provided by FaithLife OS. For instance, scraping or attempting to disrupt the operation of the Services is prohibited.
  4. Enforcement Rights: FaithLife OS reserves the right to take action against you for violating these Terms, including removing your content or suspending your access to our services.
  5. Intellectual Property Licenses: You retain ownership of any content you post or share, but you grant us a royalty-free license to make your content available to others. Conversely, we provide you a license to use the software we offer for the purpose of enjoying the Services.
  6. Use at Your Own Risk: We provide the Services on an “AS IS” basis, and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. You may encounter offensive content posted by others.
  7. Limitations of Liability: You may terminate this agreement at any time by deactivating your account. Our liability for any claims shall not exceed the greater of ₱1000 PHP or the amount you paid us in the past six months for the Services.
  8. Incorporation of Privacy Policy: These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal information.
  9. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use FaithLife OS.

1. User Responsibilities

  • Users are expected to communicate respectfully and refrain from posting harmful content, as we are a platform focused on the Christian faith.
  • The following actions are strictly prohibited:
  • Sharing inappropriate content.
  • Using bad words or offensive language.
  • Violating copyright laws.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • To access certain features and services (including purchases via WooCommerce and FaithLife Bio), users must provide accurate information, including their name, email, and any other necessary details.
  • Subscription services may include automatic renewals. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

  • FaithLife OS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for certain products. However, please note that this policy does not apply to printable products, such as downloadable PDF copies.

4. Affiliate Program

  • Eligibility: To participate in the FaithLife OS affiliate program, individuals must apply and be accepted into the program. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates agree to promote FaithLife OS products and services in a truthful and ethical manner. Any misleading or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
  • Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rates and payment schedules will be outlined in the affiliate program documentation.
  • Termination of Affiliate Status: FaithLife OS reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these Terms of Service or for fraudulent activities.
  • Limitation of Liability: FaithLife OS is not responsible for any third-party actions related to the promotion of its products or services by affiliates. Affiliates are solely responsible for their marketing methods and any claims made regarding FaithLife OS products.

5. Intellectual Property

  • FaithLife OS retains full ownership of all content and digital products available on our platform. Users are not permitted to share or reproduce/resell any content from FaithLife OS without prior consent.
  • Users must also refrain from reproducing the products they have purchased.

6. Third-Party Services

  • FaithLife OS utilizes third-party services, including Xendit for payment processing. While we strive to provide secure and reliable services, we do not assume liability for any issues that may arise from the use of these third-party services.

7. Termination

  • FaithLife OS reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violating these Terms of Service or for misuse of our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The testimonies shared in “Anong Kwentong KristiyanoTayo Mo?” are personal stories from individuals within the FaithLife Community and may not reflect the official beliefs or teachings of FaithLife OS. While these stories aim to inspire and build connections, please understand that personal faith journeys are unique.
  • FaithLife OS shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to any loss of data or interruptions in service.

9. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

  • FaithLife OS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage users to periodically review these terms to stay informed about any updates.
